Facts: 

The “Transforming the Gage Park/West Elsdon Community Via Partnership” task was funded by Illinois Healthcare and Spouse and children Expert services in July 2021. The University of Illinois Chicago bought and began renovating a former medical facility in September of past yr. The 55th & Pulaski Wellness Collaborative welcomed its very first people in February and carries on to extend solutions as renovations go forward.
